During our trip we stayed at 5 hotels this one overall I would rate the lowest score . It was one of the noisiest hotels not from outside it was in . We were on the 5 th floor you would hear cabinets slamming all hours . They offer generic nothing for breakfast they have enough out for 20 people .

The hotel is great! Very close to station, shops & Donki! Staffs are very friendly & helpful. Very close to Haneda airport too. Unfortunately the area are very close to ‘adult clubs’ and we came as a family with kids. We should’ve done more research about the area

My first time in Japan, 7 minute walk to Kamata Train Station and about 15-20 minutes from airport (depending when you’re traveling during the day/night). Staff are friendly, rooms are clean, a bit small but that’s just standard in Japan, my first room I got when I checked in the A/C was only blowing cold air next to the entrance where the vent is but it didn’t blow any at the bed so I was sweating the first night but I called the front desk in the middle of the night and they moved me to a way better room and that has the A/C facing towards the bed and blowing/circulating throughout the whole room. Absolutely loved the staff’s prompt response and positive attitude. Laundry is on the 7th floor and the detergent is built in the washer so no need to worry about buying any, they also have the ice machine and drinks vending machine in that room. They have a very light pastry breakfast options with yogurt, juice, milk, coffee, tea and water. Other than that, it was an amazing 8 night stay. Food and stores are all within 1-5 minutes walk. I will be choosing this hotel again in the future, also I extended my checkout time to 2pm which is 1,000 yen per hour but if you stay past 4 hours it’s a full 1 night room and tax charge but 1,000 yen per hour is a steal for a late checkout fee!!! Checkout is at 11am but I extended it to 2pm for $20.32USD. Loved it! Thank you so much for making my stay comfortable and amazing!!

Friendly staff. Light breakfast included. 5 minutes on foot from Kamata JR Station. 20 minutes on bus 95 from Haneda Terminal 3 to Kamata Station. Easy commute by train to all parts of Tokyo from Kamata.

Rooms are average size for Tokyo, would recommend the twin rooms with shower room as there was more space in the bathrooms. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the hotel is very convenient if you are on a budget, quick transfer links to central Tokyo and all the tourist sites.
