This hotel is in a great location just a short walk to Ginza and a train station entry right out front. Our room was clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was quite reasonable at 2000 yen with a wide variety of Japanese and western food on offer. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

This is our second time staying in Remm. Enjoy everything about this hotel: the location, the size of room, the spotlessness, the comfort, the convenience, the service, especially the massage chair. We will be travelling to Japan in Jan 2027, it will still be our first choice to stay in Tokyo.

Staff was super helpful and kind! They held my luggage for the day since my shinkansen was not until night and my checkout was noon. Super clean room and would definitely stay there again!!

Comfortable hotel to stay at for a few nights. Small rooms but expected in Japan. The room could have had better storage and a massage chair is fine but 2 smaller chairs would be better for 2 people sharing the room. The bed was comfortable but a double bed pushed up against the wall on one side is a real inconvenience. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wifi good. Sufficient amenities in the room for our stay. The safe makes a good sock draw. Hotel reception is on the 7 th floor of a building that does not actually seem like the hotel. The hotel is directly in front of a stairway to the underground Kyobashi station. There are plenty of restaurants close by and several 7/11 stores.

Great stay! This hotel is literally right in front of the train station, after a long day of walking it was so nice to arrived directly at our hotel from taking the train. Room was tiny, but that is typical in Japan. The massage chair was definitely delightful at the end of the day. I would recommend.

I chose the Kyobashi location because it was close to Tokyo Station and centrally accessible by train to many parts of city. The service and staff are helpful and professional. Rooms are tidy and comfortable. From a westerner’s perspective on room size, it is small but suits my needs. Would stay again.
