Excellent place to stay. Great sleep quality, very comfortable bed and it had the best shower! The staff were lovely and helpful, they were wonderful to look after our bags before we could check in. Which allowed us to walk around Tokyo after our long flight. Would highly recommend staying here.

The design of the room was quite poor, using up the space unnecessarily so there is not enough free space for the guests to put stuff. Water Basin does not have enough area to put other items. Positive side is the location, straight to Ginza line which is very convenient. also 7 -11 is right next to the hotel. My room is non smoking but the first room they gave me had very had smell. Smell like old mold carpet. I asked for a change of room which they did, but it still had the smell, just less. Staff is polite. Can’t say it is a great stay. It is decent but there are plenty of similar ones at lower price close by
