A little bit hard to find but a lovely hotel with everything you need, not far from Shibuya Station (about 8 mins way)

Don't lose the room key!

We lost the room key on our stay and the hotel charged us 150000 Yen for losing it. I understand it was our fault losing the key, but not once we're we told that the fee of losing the key would be worth that much money. Hopefully they will tell guest from now on.

Very small rooms

Pros: Location and cleanliness.
Cons: Room size and breakfast
Location: 5 min walk to the train station. In the heart of Shibuya.
The rooms are very small. I know space is at a premium in Tokyo however I still think these rooms were very small. The breakfast is extremely basic. Otherwise it was clean and everything worked and it was in a good location handy to the main train station. Overall I would stay again if only for a night or 2.

This was centrally located with great rooms and friendly staff. Easy walk to bars restaurants train station and tourist attractions.

Lovely hotel, very contemporary.

Great venue, surrounded by very cool bars and restaurants. Very comfortable and contemporary. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Fantastic location, weird room layout

This location cannot be beaten, tight in the middle of Shibuya. The hotel and room were clean and in good condition, but the room layout is odd - curtains and Venetian blinds in the bathroom facing into the sleeping area, a toilet that never stops cleaning or flushing, no bedside tables, and air conditioning that won't cool down. The room decor is nice, but it's not a practical space to stay for more than a few days.
