The bathroom is spacious and the shower pressure is excellent. Ms. K at the front desk is superb—very professional and welcoming. Housekeeping cleans the room daily, which is much appreciated. The restaurant manager downstairs is also helpful and friendly. However, unlike some hotels, there is no designated area for free drinks or a common dining space. I feel this is quite important, as guests sometimes like to bring bento meals or snacks back to the hotel to enjoy comfortably.

Room was small but clean and everything works. You can get free amenities at the lobby and service was great. Location was fantastic as the Takadanobaba stn is 2 minutes walk away. 4 train lines pass thru the station.

Room was a good size and clean. All the amenities down stairs. Kettle and cup in room. Air con that worked on cooling thank goodness and not set too hot. That is the biggest win for me with this place. Walking distance to trains and shops and supermarkets very handy location. Would def stay again here.
