The building shows some signs of age but the staff are super friendly and helpful. There was a construction next door, so I can’t say it was quiet, but it was fine during the evening.

Honestly, it's in Tokyo. Prices are high, but there's so much to do, that hopefully you don't spend too long in this hotel. The internet sucks, the elevator is slow, bathroom sucks, and the walls are thin. If you are okay with that then great. I'm done with smile for now. Barely better than a hostel imo.

Central-ish location for a good price. Weekdays from 11:00, a bento vendor is present on site. The salmon onigiri are amazing. Hotel staff English is good to great. Would return in a heaetbeat. 10/10

Perfect place to stay if you are not too fuzzy

The room are very small and the shower is so tiny. But the rooms are very clean. Very near to Tokyo metro and tokyo main station

The staff were very kind and were always available to help. My room had a slight problem with the toilet which was making some noise and they offered to switch rooms. I turned it down as it was still quiet enough to not notice through the air conditioning.
