Stayed in the canopy king room Room was absolutely gorgeous and spacious Breakfast was limited same a choice of 3 items which you could alternate but the small buffet items was the same everyday which could get boring if staying for longer. Staff was friendly enough and try to help if needed.

Very good location in Ginza. The subway entrance is just outside the hotel. The breakfast is good, with very nice freshly squeezed orange juice, but there isn’t a huge selection. Everything in the hotel is clean and all the staff are very helpful and loan electric socket adapters. The provision of pyjamas in the bedroom is a nice touch. The lobby bar and outdoor terrace is a great place to sit and relax. Unless you are staying in one of the more expensive rooms you don’t get access to the rooftop bar which is odd. Overall my wife and I enjoyed our stay.

This hotel was perfect for me and my husband. Canopy room was big and comfy. Service was excellent and arranged to have our luggage delivered to the next hotel. We had a room that wasn’t on the side of the trains so noise was not a problem at all. Location you can’t beat and was easy to get anywhere in Tokyo. Breakfast was great too!

Exceptional in every way! Wonderful staff throughout hotel. Stayed in a superior room - most comfy bed, great amenities. Soft and comfortable 2-piece pajamas and bathrobe. It is in the perfect location, walkable to all locations. The facilities is clean and well maintained. But some small items' quality are not compatible with this level of hotel such as the hair dryer, the function of the auto toilet, espresso machine, or the slippers. Those things can be upgraded a little with the price i am paying for this hotel.

The hotel is located right above subway station, so we didn’t need to walk much. The room was reasonably spacious for Ginza and had modern clean design. The deluxe double room had double vanity, and it was so convenient for two girls to share. We booked breakfast for all 4 mornings on this trip, but I might skip next time if I stay here again. They were good, but we got tired of somewhat heavy main course. We were wishing there were Japanese breakfast. For us, this hotel was the first place that had trash bags to separate recycling items.
