Great room and views. Breakfast was disappointing especially the service received. I actually decided to miss 3 days and go elsewhere so wasted my money. That may be the deciding factor in staying elsewhere next time

Me gustó mucho como nos atendieron, muy amables y siempre que necesite algo me ayudaron . La propiedad está bien cuidada . Y limpio . Solo la cama un poco dura para mi gusto . Pero todo estuvo excelente . Gracias

The room with the Tower view is fantastic, we were able to see Mount Fuji. The room size is reasonable.

Due to an issue with our initial room on our first night the duty manager upgraded us to another more superior room which was very nice and appreciated by myself and my wife
