Toggle is the best deal in town, especially if you're looking for some local flavour or want a good location for all the action at Tokyo Dome City. Suidobashi is not known as a location for anything 'tourist' focussed, so it's a nice escape from some of the busier areas.

Excellent service from very sweet staff. 24h front desk, ice cubes on demand, good breakfast (though limited). Great location close to 2 different stations (Tozai & JB lines). Also close to cozy street food area and with the best coffee places around. Remember to pack some ear plugs in case you are sensible to noise as the train tracks are closeby. All in all, a spectacular hotel.

Great location for easy transport links. We had a connecting room (Purple) which worked well for our kids. The rooms were small but perfectly formed! Bit of train noise as the hotel overlooks the railway. Breakfast options limited to a sandwich and soup.
