This hotel is a gem!!! It's only 3 wtops away from Tokyo station, so the location is away feom the business but close e ough to be convenient. The rooms are gorgeous amd bog for Tokyo (at leasy the suite we booked was) its so clean and felt very upscale (at bot upscale prices) family friendly and the public baths felt like a spa! There arent a lot of dining options nearby but there is a Family Mart connected to the hotel which cane in handy. Breakfast was delicious and we will definitely return here when in Tokyo again!

This hotel was an excellent stay. I arrived and shared a room with my mother for the weekend and she was raving about cleanliness and amenities. The hot bath and sauna were excellent to use. Would definitely return to stay next time I visit Tokyo.

Very clean, excellent room. We didn’t like to have to wait until exactly 3:00pm not 2:59pm to check in. It’s a bit arrogant from the hotel staffs to keep customers waiting bad business model. We won’t comeback to use this hotel again because the check in clerks made us wait until exactly 3:00pm to check in. Not very friendly.

This hotel was perfect for my 6 night stay. It was a 2 minute walk from the train station that we could connect to anywhere in Tokyo. It was right between Tokyo Disney Resort and the bustling neighborhoods. The hotel was immaculate and the staff very kind. I loved the connecting Family Mart, and there was a 7-11 few minute walk away. The only drawback was very limited dining options near the hotel, but I’d definitely stay again.
