The hotel is spacious, clean, and well-equipped. It is the largest hotel room I have ever stayed in in Japan. The breakfast is rich and varied every day. The staff are enthusiastic and proactive in helping with luggage. The hotel also provides free luggage storage, which is especially convenient for us since we have visited other cities. A few days before check-in, we sent our luggage from our hotel in Osaka. The hotel stored it for free. The biggest highlight of the hotel is the hot springs, which have two large hot spring pools that are comparable to those in a standard bathing center. Although the hotel is far from the city center, the K line subway is right at the door, making it convenient for transferring to various transportation options at Tokyo Station. It is quite convenient. I am very satisfied with this hotel.
