Clean room, nice staff. Literally next to a convenience store for shipping. Couple of blocks from train to Tokyo and connect to bullet train. Enjoyed the restaurant as well. Food staff sked about allergies before we ordered which was important for us. Highly recommend this hotel. Note: It is away from tourist section. However, train stop is nearby (literally 1.5 blocks) and taxis are plentiful.
