This hotel is beautiful on the outside , inside is old and out of date . Smells musty , bathroom tile was missing grout , toilet was so low , no UBS outlets to plug in devices. Sydney at the front desk was the best part of our stay , she was friendly and very accommodating . Changed our room due to first room smelled like cigarettes.

Clean hotel, but not sure I would stay again

Checked in later afternoon and noticed the AC unit did not work in our hotel room or seemed it was turned off for awhile. We turned down the temperature before leaving for our event (we were only briefly at the hotel) and when we returned, the ac was still not working. We went to the front desk to ask to switch rooms but they did not have any other rooms unfortunately. The over-night receptionist was seemed under the influence and didn’t for some reason understand we did not have working ac. We were provided a fan after asking if they had one and thankfully they did but it was a very dusty desk fan and did not provide enough air circulation. The hotel otherwise was very clean and quiet. But I was very disappointed with how the non-working ac in our room was handled by the staff, as it clearly had not been working for awhile, and not fixed or disclosed before checking into the room.

Great spot for a good nights sleep.

I was in the last room at the end of the hall by the exit door. I could hear people going in and out throughout my stay. Loved the easy access to the parking lot but the noise took some getting used. Generally the stay was great, comfy bed, clean bathroom. Respectful staff, didn't have to wait long for checking in or out. Good location. Would recommend.
