What we liked is the cleanliness of the place, easy access with parking well maintained facilities and is convenient for 1 night stay, business stays. What we didn't like is very few people working in the place.

El lugar se ve solitario pero está bien, me quedé con mi familia por un evento cercano al lugar pasamos una noche ahí pero todo bien las camas son cómodas y el lugar es muy silencioso y tranquilo

Mi experiencia fue muy mala, tardaba 20 min con el agua corriendo para que se calentara el agua. Además cuando hablé con el dueño o encargado sobre la situación me trató mal, como si estuviera mintiendo me dijo que no era cierto que tardaba 2 min en salir el agua caliente. No lo recomiendo!

Quiero resaltar al guardia Juan Carlos, solo por el calificó bien el lugar../ es el único que estaba ahí, la hace de bell boy, recepcionista, cobra, vigila, hace de todo. Excelente persona, debería de ser el gerente. Esta sólo el lugar, no hay personal!!! Nunca contestaron el telefono ni mensajes!! No hay restaurante tampoco. Éramos 2 personas en el lugar y Juan Carlos el vigilante

Básicamente la noche que estuve, no había personal más que un guardia de seguridad no había nadie en el hotel, no había alimentos. Básicamente éramos tres personas solas con un guardia de seguridad

Funciona muy bien para pasar la noche y salir todo el día a conocer Valle y sus alrededores. Las instalaciones muy limpias y el cuarto cómodo. No hay alberca y no hubo servicio de alimentos. El centro de Valle está a 12 minutos en auto y también del muelle (dependerá del tráfico).
