Well located, close to the famous Spa and water park but the big swimming pool had no water, the building and furniture are decrepit, plus there' so much noise on the street at night it's impossible to go to sleep early.

El precio es caro para lo que ofrecen, realmente pagar esa cantidad para una habitación que te da sabanas rotas y viejas, el hotel no es rustico es viejo, el internet fallaba mucho, en cuanto a las amenidades, solo se uso la alberca y puedo decir que es lo mejor del hotel.

Fueron muchos problemas. Primero, el soporte del espejo del baño de la habitación que nos dieron se rompió solo con haberlo tocado. Además, no había agua caliente en la regadera. Segundo y lo más grave fue la actitud de la persona del spa. Este fin de semana fue el carnaval de Ixtapan, y había varias sillas fuera del hotel para poder ver el carnaval. Mi esposa pidió sentarse en una silla y la trabajadora del spa, con una actitud grosera y prepotente le dijo que estaba apartada, y cuando mi esposa le pidió si le podía llevar una silla a ella, le dijo “no soy tu sirvienta”. Tercero, en la madrugada había gente fuera del hotel haciendo mucho escándalo, bajé a recepción para pedir que les dijeran que bajaran el volumen y no había nadie. Esa noche no pudimos dormir. Fue una experiencia terrible y que deja mucho que desear. Espero que pueda contactar al dueño o gerente del hotel para tratar la actitud de sus empleados directamente con quien corresponda.

Esta ubicado cerca de la salida a la autopista, alrededor hay muchos restaurantes y camiando.un poquito se llega al centro de Ixtapan, la cmaina surve de distracción. Un hotel muy bonito y además tiene alberca y estacionamiento.

El hotel está bien ubicado y está lo suficientemente limpio. El desayuno que venía incluido bien. Lamentablemente nunca pudimos conectarnos al internet y para bañarnos había que avisar al personal o de otra forma no salía agua caliente, igualmente en el baño solamente había un par de jabones, no shampoo ni nada adicional, ni una botella de agua. Está bien ubicado y la alberca muy agradable.
