In regard to your comments on car parking - our property has limited onsite car parking and is also located in the busy downtown Toowoomba CBD precinct where parking is also limited and mostly metered. The deal that you booked did not include car parking. This is stated on the website and in the correspondence that is sent out at the time of your reservation being made. Our friendly team are always happy to provide information on the different parking options nearby. They can also assist you to recomment our deals that do include car parking. Thank you once again for staying with us and we hope to welcome you to Quest Toowoomba again in the future.

The carpet is very dirty. There is oven available no baking paper to lay your food. Decaffeinated teas were not provided. Overall it’s not worth the value to stay here with that price point.

I am terribly sorry to read that on this occasion we have not lived up to our usual exceptionally high standards. I can assure you that we have a regular schedule of carpet cleaning throughout our complex. We will be sure to inspect the carpet in this apartment, as well as review our best practices, policies, and procedures.Regarding your comments on decaffeinated tea and baking paper. We do keep a small supply of specialty items that are available through front office. We would have had a solution for both of these items.Thank you once again for taking the time to communicate this with us, so that we can continue to improve our offering to you and our other guests.
