Room clean, bed comfortable, temp control good, breakfast good, weird policy about ice buckets (issue them @ front desk), no coffee maker in room, there was 24/7 coffee in dining area, 2 of 3 of my credit cards didn't work (the clerk was swiping a chip card) it throws a flag. I used the rejected cards to get gas and they were fine.FYI!

The woman at the front desk was absolutely horrible. She was rude and complacent. The sheets for the pull out bed were dirty, twice, as were the pillow cases. The hotel smells like sulfur, the room was filthy, and the bathroom door did not close. We were there for 10 minutes and turned in our keys, and left. Horrible place, filthy, and will never be back. Will assume we are getting a refund, but the booking company said they would deny it. Gross. Be careful here.

The Garner Hotel is nicely renovated and clean and the staff is friendly and professional. The walk-in shower in our room was a fun change from the typical bathtub. Water was hot, soap bottles were full. A nice stay if only for a night.

Stay was extremely terrible. From finding Bed Bugs in the sheets to pee in the elevator. Would not recommend. Stay away!!

Everything seemed fine when we got there, we checked out our room and nothing out of the ordinary it was a little dingy but nothing terrible. After going out to dinner and what not we got to bed at around midnight when my sister was laying in her bed and notice a bed bug was crawling on her pillow that her head was laying on. I killed the bug and then I searched her bed for more which from what I could see there was no more but who knows and I searched my bed and didn’t see any. We were so scared of the possibility of there being more that we slept on the floor that night. I would’ve called the front desk to get a new room but since our room had bed bugs I’m sure the other rooms did too. I was going to talk to the front desk about it in the morning and I went to go talk to someone but there was no one in sight. So I was just going to email them instead. I emailed them and they apologized for the inconvenience and said that they’d only give me my pet fee back since I have 2 pets ($59). Which I find stupid considering the fact I sent them pictures of the bed bug. Not to mention that they also leave the outdoor doors that have no key card access fully unlocked over night which is a safety hazard (we tested the doors out of curiosity). Would never recommend or stay here again.

There were likes and dislikes about this property. I liked the pool area and the warm water. The beds were comfy along with nice pillows and comforter. The breakfast was good and there was a variety of food you can choose. The downside is I have a 4 year old with autism who likes to elope when he can and the rooms are not ideal for this. First the sink is in the room area not in a different room there is a slide pocket door which was not keeping him out of the bathroom. The fact there was only a shower and no tub didn’t work for him and you can’t adjust the water it was one temp and that was pretty warm. Although the property must have a soft water system which was ver nice. The door to the room didn’t have the tall deadbolt lock it instead had a lever right by handle that you flip out which he figured out right away and I was constantly trying to keep him in the room I had to fold up a hand towel and shimmy it between the wall and flip to where he would be able to pull it out and open the door. That’s the only downfall.

Tollet handle broke and fell off before I flushed. Shower temp handle fell off. Front desk clerk was not legal and was not smart.

Very clean. Soft mattresses and a lot of vatiety at breakfast. Especially enjoyed the 24/7 coffee machines that ground the coffee and brewed it right there.
