2 Double Bedroom Standard Double with Microwave, Coffee Maker Refrigerator and Toaster. All standard rooms have private balconies and a panoramic 180degree view of the Atlantic Ocean and beach. Beach view is "ON THE BEACH" as in if you (jumped of the balcony you would land in it ((not recommended)). These are Ocean FRONT and Ocean View rooms. The Sea Vista Motel is located just 1 mile south of the town of Topsail Beach and is the last business on the southern end of Topsail Island

Quaint, quiet and great view.

Small quaint room. So great for a shorter trip. Lovely view with not many people on the beach.

I like to give real unbiased information in a review that i would want to know myself if i were looking to book. First things first, if you are looking for a 5 start resort, this isnt it. Dont stay here if you are looking for top of the line 5 star amenities or looking for perfection in your hotel and are the person walking around with a camera looking to post a picture of rust in the toilet. This place is an old school Motel, nothing more, nothing less. If you are simply looking for a place directly on the beach, that is inexpensive, allows you to stay 3 days in lieu of a week, you are there to basically sleep, want to bring a dog, simply need the basics, then this is the place for you. If you think this place Is going to compare to the 10,000 square foot mansion on the beach that you rented last year, you are in for an extreme let down. This place is a 3/5 and gives you the basics that i noted and nothing more. It worked perfectly for what we needed, so no complaints, we got what we paid for and what we expected.

Gem on the Beach

This is a great property right on a very nice and laid back beach. All rooms have a nice view of the beach and the property has private beach access. Particularly if you are by yourself or with a significant other, it is a really cost efficient option to get away and enjoy the beach for a weekend, while still having the basic amenities. There are a couple restaurants just down the road, but the majority of restaurants and shopping are about a 10-15 minute drive up to Surf City.
