Most of the stay was great. It was at the end where most of the problems were. We had to check out a night early Because of an emergency, so they didn’t give us the bill, or refund that day since we had paid in full for 2 nights and they couldn’t refund the room for the night but they also wouldn’t give back the deposit. I still have not received my bill nor my deposit and I have called multiple times.

My family just went here for a "staycation"last night for my son's 7th bday. Value 5/5. This is the first hotel I've seen equppied with a large fridge and kitchen. Our room had 3 beds all together and we are a family of 5. There are 2 pools but we opted to goto the Pool connected to the Sheridan. We were on the first floor room 7126 and the walk to the pool was just around the corner and 2 minutes to get there max. Only issue I had was that guests adjacent to our room were loud betwee 1-2am. Overall I would come back here for another stay.

For this level of hotel, the rooms are decent though there’s no soundproofing so you hear any conversations in the hallway. It’s convenient to access Sheraton’s restaurant/bar without going outdoors. Lots of dining options nearby.
