My friends car was broken into…her items were stolen. In an area full of people of course no one saw anything !!!! Staff stated this does happen from time to time. No camera surveillance… Toronto PD said they would send someone out until they found out we were visiting from NY/America… they called back and told us they were no longer coming, and that we would have to complete the report ourselves online …. Horrible way to treat traveler's who consistently go to Canada and support your businesses…I do not recommend this property!!!

Friendly staff offered us an upgrade which was very appreciated seeing that my husband is in a wheelchair. Quiet and clean.

I was looking for a hospital as close as possible to the MacKenzie Health Hospital in Richmond Hill. This was the closest I could find (20 minutes away). This hotel is attached to the Sheridan abs it seems to share pool/spa areas and restaurant areas.

Everything was very good overall. I use the desk so it would have been better if the office chair was adjustable which it wasn't. I was on the ground. Not a big thing just a mention.
