Waited and called for hotel shuttle. No shuttle at the airport all though I submitted flight information and sent the hotel a message confirming late check in. Upon checking I was told they had a Bell phone line issue however a message could have been sent through Expedia app. We had already exchanged messages prior to my trip. Following checking at 1:20am I then seen the shuttle depart for the airport.

Professional but friendly check in; an early morning can was arranged during the check in process which was very much appreciated. Our room is spacious and comfortable; there was a number toiletries provided welcome after an 18 hour journey. We have stayed in this hotel previously and as on other occasions have not been disappointed.
