Location is not bad. Very close to subway. Also can walk to downtown for 20-30mins. I lived South wing of building, there was a big noise all the time of every whole night(may be daytime too). It sounds like niose of subway, every 15/20 seconds and never stopped. That made us very hard to sleep through every entire night. Also there was AC fan noise from under the building throug entire nights. There were no tooth paste, tooth brush or water cups, neither disposal slippers, nor water kettles in the room when we arrived. We asked tooth paste, a water kettle and disposal slippers. We were so disappointed at this hotel because of the big never stop noise and lack of essential items in the hotel. I will choose another hotel definitely if I come to Toronto again in the future.

No sink in the toilet area you have to enter another part of room which has only a sink very poor layout and very out dated room … makeup in a pig … bed was terrible sheets fell off repeatedly all night … the pillows were good .. balcony was tiny and dingy … the glass so dirty prob not cleaned in years … ac unit was so loud and thermostat didn’t seem to function proper room was up and down and during off peak hours it litterly barley cycled on even tho I called for lower temp … shower head is a good one but not maintained and it’s clogged with sediment and debris and it sprays in all directions but to your body lol … they had 2 of there 3 elevators down on a Friday night … my friend wanted to leave at 6 am because sounded like someone was trying to enter in night … very silly parking you must valet at this location or park elsewhere … very poor for a bonvoy brand charging over $ 400 a night for a Friday and then they also upsold a updated room witch was worst I ever seen at a marriot
