Hotel is under construction. They only work during their hours, but it was a mess. buffet was ok. Ran out of glassware for juice. Slow to get coffee. Snacks at front desk super expensive...like $3.50 for a small kitkat. Overall not that great. The rooms are old, felt musty. The in room AC is louder than the construction. I wouldn't stay here again unless last option for the area.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. I left a deposit at check-in and, despite checking out on time and leaving the room in perfect condition, they have still not returned my deposit — it has been almost 3 weeks. I reached out multiple times and received no real answers or solutions. The lack of transparency and communication is extremely unprofessional. Holding guests’ money for weeks is unacceptable and feels dishonest. For a hotel located near Toronto Airport, you would expect much better service, clearer policies, and responsible management. Unfortunately, that was not the case.

Room was dirty there was balls of hair all over the bathroom when we arrived. Called housekeeping for shower gel and took nearly 1.5hrs before we were delivered to. Concierge didn't tell me hotel guests were charged $30/night for parking when we checked in, and I was surprised at check out, this should have been disclosed at time of booking. This is especially frustrating as the property comes around $30 less on average than surrounding hotels in the area. The property currently has construction obstructing the entire front of the property, this should have been disclosed during the bookint process.

Room wasca mess bed not made looked like someone took a nap in it before i arrived at 11 pm , sheets dirty not even on bed room small no amenities , bathroom tiny room cold loud just a horrible place under construction too loud ..not inpressed
