Delta Airport - Toronto

Everything was good. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable. Only wished they would have changed our bedsheets. Noticed they weren’t changed, however I’m not sure if I’m suppose to put the bedding a certain way so they now to change the sheets/pillow cases. Aside from that, had no issues at all.

Delta did a great job with our conference. The hotel rooms however are starting to show a lot of wear and the internet was unreliable for me during the stay.

Everything was nice. The only problem was the room bathroom smelt like pee when we first checked in. Also, I only parked for one day. I got a pass. The staff at that time said just return this tomorrow so you don’t get changed a second day. So on the second day I returned in very early and explained to the staff what I was told about returning the ticket. I gave it to him and he said he would take care of it. Well upon check out it said I didn’t return anything and I was changed two days. The staff was nice and took the second day off but the first staff completely dropped the ball.
