The front desk rep gave me a better rate than Expedia. When asked if the gym works, she said yes however there was a notification on the door "gym closed due to Covid". The toilet was not functional. The shower took forever for the water to warm.......

STAFF IS COMPLETE IDIOTS AND RUDE. won’t let you pay for your food and items from the lobby to your room. And overcharge cards with unnecessary holds. And refuse to give back deposits for no reason. They have no customer service and love to argue back with paying customers who return. They should shut this place down.
