I have always stayed at the Fairmont when attending the Royal because they have a shuttle going to the fair. On Friday night they left at least 12 people stranded in the cold at the fair as the final shuttle left the fair before it ended. Final shuttle was supposed to leave the fair at 11:00 pm but had left just before I got out at 10:30 pm. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE and after many years I am sad to say that I will no longer be staying here. Over $600 per night plus $75 for parking and they have lost a loyal customer.

Great experience rooms were beautiful and clean. A bit on the smaller side but hit it out of the park on the luxe feel. Great location, parked for $12, TD Wellington garage connected to the hotel very convenient.
