This is a wonderful property in downtown Toronto. Access to the hotel is easy from the airport due to the Pearson-Union Express. Great dining in the hotel as well as good restaurants in the area. Our room was spotless upon checking in and continued throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at The Fairmont Royal York! We celebrated our son’s birthday in style in the city and were treated so well. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The only suggestion I would have is to make it more stroller / wheelchair friendly. We had to carry our stroller up and down flight of stairs from the main lobby to outside. We looked for a more accessible way but couldn’t find one. Many parents were doing the same thing. Even with the stroller issue, we would be back in a heartbeat! Thank you!

I didn't think that the room is used very often. Room safe was broken and some lights were not working. Room cleaners and other staff were very helpful and friendly.

Surprisingly rough for a fairmont property. The price is not at all worth it. Carpets smell, bathroom ceramic missing grout, mold, creaky beds. Nothing special . Would have been better to stay at a newer property.
