There was no hot water in the morning. Last night when my sister took her bath, it took a long time to get warm water. And her bath had a ton of brown copper pieces come out of the faucet. Our room 291 could hear everything including the elevators that were constant, not the people, just the elevators. Overall, we will book the 4 seasons moving forward.

We had a wonderful experience at the Fairmont when celebrating my partner’s birthday. The staff are great - we were upgraded to a CN tower view, they left macaroons in our room and brought a fruit bowl with our breakfast order. We also stored our luggage with the hotel for 8 hours after checking out and it was very convenient. If checking in during December/holiday period, there can be a long line (we waited 15 minutes to check in) but the hotel is beautifully decorated!

Room was clean and very elegant. Upon check-in staff was friendly and helpful, they upgraded us to the luxury room at no charge. This was my first 5 star hotel experience and for the discounted price I got I would recommend, for the full price I would probably recommend a 4 start hotel like Embassy suites. The lack of included breakfast, microwave, fridge and the smaller bathroom did not affect my trip but may affect yours.

Check in was very long! I thought they could have had more staff on for checking in. Decor for holidays is beautiful. Pool very cold and chaotic with lots of guests. I found a couple random hairs in the shower. Otherwise room was clean and bed comfortable and staff in the halls very friendly and welcoming.

The staff was amazing..very accommodating! Pina at check in stood out..very professional and polite! Rooms were clean..any issue was dealt with in minutes..excellent stay!
