My family and I absolutely loved this hotel. From the service to the room. I got the suite for my husband's birthday. It was very clean, my kids really enjoyed the jacuzzi tub, the pool, and hot tub. When we come back to visit we will be staying here again.

This was our first time staying at this property. The rooms were fine for a short stay. I dont recommend their restaurant we ate dinner there, i had the loaded frues, the cheese was hard, the fries were cold and dry no sauce. My husband had the salmon bowl and he said it was okay but not great. We had their buffett breakfast, it was not worth $22. All the food items that were supposed to be hot were cold and hard.

The cleaning was done quickly, many places were not cleaned, the shower was unpleasant. No vacuuming was done, either in the room or in the corridor during the 4 days, the elevator doors were really not clean, I am very surprised, we have stayed several times at this hotel and this is our first bad experience
