Liked: ,,excellent location to Union Station / major sports facilities / dining ..clean Disliked: -entry process did not go well with a number of issues including why have to take elevator to 37 to get to room on 35? -too small for three ie suitcase space/only one key -sofa bed uncomfortable (arent they all tho) -ground coffee machine but insufficient ground coffee (did have decaf) the bathroom is quite small and the shower/tub was dangerously slippery

Pour la situation et les commodités il est parfait mais pour l’apparence et le bien être du logement ça laisse à desirer. Il manque ,en de choses essentielles comme des kleenex des debarbouillettes tu en a pas des tonnes. C’est propre mais tout juste car si le client avant vous n’a pas fait le ménage comme il fait ben tu dois commencer par laver ta table et le comptoir. Le logement a besoin d’amour. Le plancher est brisé le robinet de la cuisine ne tourne pas sur tous les côtés. Ils auraient intérêt à rénover les condos car quand tu arrives dans la bâtisse tu fais WoW mais tu désenchante un peu en entrant dans ton appartement

Great location. Well equipped.with towels etc. Needs more cutlery and pots and pans etc. We had 1 spoo for all of us. Lol. Bed was soft for my wife and I. Elevators seem to always be an issue in these buildings. We would rent again.

The view was amazing. A great little studio apartment downtown, close to everything including Union Station. The check in instructions were wrong/outdated, but we worked it out with hotel security staff. Lovely place!

Wrong instructions, given wrong address No explanation on how to use the key fobs Bed that sags over on one side too much A patio door that was extremely hard to move TV that didnt work and wasnt plugged in. No washcloth Fecal matter on toilet rim No regular shampoo, just a dandruff one - SHAMPOO WAS HIDDEN UNDER SINK BUT EVEN THAT IS FOR HAIR LOSS No hair dryer A washer for clothes but no detergent No hold safety bars in the slippery shower, dangerous! But you’re paying mainly for the incredible view….. No pool use unless you stay more than 30 days Some outlets had no power No USB ports like a modern hotel would Confusing light switches

The property was fair at best. Many items where emailed to them that where noticed. Check in procedure is sketchy at best. I've ever had to wait in the street for a stranger to approach to check into a properry. There needs to be a better safer way. Also 11am checkout is too early should be a window 12-1pm.

This property was so hard to check into. It was night when arrived and we were told to go in, the elevator wouldn’t work without the front desk guy activating it which he didn’t do until we came back. Also, do not believe parking is included it’s 20$ per day per car and you have to let them know IN ADVANCE otherwise you won’t have parking. Also the parking guy will need to meet at a specific time as if you don’t have plans and if you don’t, good luck finding parking. We cleaned the place inside out before leaving, turned on the dishwasher and the washer with all the towels in (as requested), we were told we left non-removable stains from a tiny blanket and charged 150$ for it. Just want to let you know what you’re in for here. Anyways, we thought everything had ended up getting well and we got a surprise 150$ lost, payments for additional parking, they even charged us for “additional person” because we were 6 instead of 5 but on Expedia we wouldn’t have paid for that…don’t book this!

Liked the 61st floor view. Quiet .Right downtown. Never got to use their parking garage. Had to park elsewhere and it gets expensive. One of the complaints i have is they need a rubber mat in the shower extremely slippery. And used the couch bed had bars poking through used 2 quilts to help. All in all it was a great place to stay.

The property was nice, but beware if you have a car. I paid for a parking spot, and during the entirety of my 3 day 2 night stay, the garage fob did not work. There was no easy access into the garage, and every time we needed to enter, we had to wait on an uphill ramp for up to 20 minutes, for the chance of a building resident to enter or exit the garage to get the door open. I made multiple calls to the front desk and to GlobalStay, and no solution was provided. If you expect smooth access with a car, be warned; your schedule will be affected with the amount of waiting needed. Furthermore, I requested a partial refund for the inconvenience, as garage access should be expected with payment, and provided video proof of the malfunctioning fob, but the refund request was denied.

WORST EXPERIENCE AT HOTELS.COM EVER AFTER 20 YEARS

The property was in very poor condition upon my arrival. A contractor was still working on the walls and asked me to wait until he finished. Once he left, the apartment was full of dirt, dust, and debris. I contacted the property manager immediately about the lack of cleanliness, but received no response. I recorded several videos of the apartment’s condition and sent them, again requesting that someone come to clean. Still, I got no action—only a vague reply saying the manager was "aware" and would take care of it. After waiting patiently and seeing no resolution, I decided to check out early and move to another place. When I informed them I was leaving before my booking ended, they simply asked “what happened?” I explained once again how dirty the apartment was and asked if cleaning would be arranged. I received no further reply, and they refused to offer any refund. I then contacted Hotels.com, explained the situation, and was told the property denied the refund request. It’s extremely frustrating to feel powerless in this situation and see my money wasted. I’ve been a loyal Hotels.com customer for over 20 years and have never had an issue like this. It’s deeply disappointing that this could not be resolved. I must warn others: do not book with GlobalStay. They are unprofessional, unresponsive, and show no intention of resolving serious issues—they take your money and leave you helpless. I realized I can only upload photos below but I have several videos to share.
