Be aware of you need drive and pay for trash

We were given instruction to clear the trash at a specific location, which requires several minutes drive to get there. When we got there, the staff told us it requires a minimum of 10 dollar to dump trash. We were not informed about the cost at all! Another thing is we asked if we could street park the car and were told to read the local signs. As we didn't see any sign on the street, we parked one of our three cars on street and ended up getting a ticket of illegal parking. These incidents reflects the management was not familiar with the local environment of this property. Other than that, most of the outlets in the master bedroom are not functional, maybe for decoration purpose? The other rooms are fine. Good thing is the house is clean and new.
