This was a brief overnight stay after bussing from Parry Sound to the airport and before flying to Vancouver the next morning. The room was lovely, clean, and quiet. I arrived after dark and did not have time to explore or use any amenities. I would not use the hotel for an overnight stay again due to the fact that their Airport Shuttle only runs once an hour. I waited for 50 minutes outside in the cold after being told I would be picked up in ~10 minutes. Many other hotel shuttles went by 2-3 times while I was waiting. And then there is the Resort Fee for amenities that I had no time to use.

Decent experience it’s nice because it’s a brand new building. The staff was ok but something’s missing in terms of customer service and interaction. It’s a casino first and foremost so if you’re like me and don’t gamble don’t bother staying here there’s way better options nearby. I only came because there was a show at the theatre I wanted to see and it’s a great venue. Honestly if I went to see a show there again I’d choose other accommodations. I’m not even sure what the resort fees are for here? Alcohol is crazy expensive and so if the food which is not worth the price in my opinion. It’s a casino with some restaurants. Sure the pool is nice but it’s not resort level.
