Fantastic other than the fact that we Checked into hotel, which was a breeze also booked the shuttle for 6 o’clock the following morning to go to the airport. Keep in mind this bus seats 12 people I was number 8 on the list being who I am I let Avery everyone else go ahead of me thinking that I was gonna have a seat because I was well at the list. Only to get to the door to hop on the bus to be told there’s not enough room. I asked the driver what do I do and he said get a cab. My question is why have a list if you don’t abide by the list? I then had to go get a cab that cost me $30 only to get a credit from the hotel for $22.89 resort fee. Luckily, I left two hours in advance for my domestic flight. If I hadn’t done that I definitely would’ve missed my flight all because I put my name on a list that was not honoured upon arrival. Management should look into this, part-time worker or not WHY have a list

Love the spacious, clean, rooms and their shower gel is amazing. However, the young lady who checked me in was unpleasant, and seemed annoyed that she was doing her job. She had an awful attitude. And as I was checking out, I witnessed a customer being yelled at by another person behind the front desk. I’ve never seen that before. Hotel is nice enough, staff at front desk needs better training.

Horrible horrible horrible. Staff have no idea what they’re doing. Spent over 700$ for one night stay in a suite and it was a waste. Too bad the hotel is really nice and they did a good job with the renovations because The staff made the experience so awful , I’m never coming back here again. Save your money and go to Gatineau! Thank me later.
