We loved our room, bed was comfy, didn’t wake up with a sore back. The pillows were nice and big. The shower was big enough for 2!!! The towels were nice and thick, could’ve been bigger., A robe was provided which is nice. The only complaint was the “funky “ smell that was in the room that didn’t dissipate. Also we couldn’t figure out the safe. We were attending Joe Bonamassa show. Coming out of the Theatre was a nightmare, just a bottleneck of people, not a good design and very unsafe if people have to evacuate quickly.

Shuttle communication wasn't super clear but convenient when it was available. Rooms were great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Didn't realize where the breakfast was. Used Tim Hortons. Pool facilities very nice
