No pick up at the airport, wating in minus 30 weather for an hour and half. Called the hotel 3 times, the bus was a no show. Had to take a $48 cab, no impressed. No coffee or breskfast ready at 6 am in the morning. The shuddle bus was freezing, no warming up the bus before hand. Really not inpressed with the level of service i received. Could not cancel my return stay, hotel said I have to cancel with Expedia.

The room was very good. Only one problem. The fan for the heating system was extremely noisy. We reported it when we checked out. Hopefully the next guests will have a restful night's sleep
