Check in computer system down and could not get into room for 2 hours. No support from management to help the one person at the front desk dealing with 50 people. Mgmt should have a deep reflection on how to avoid this situation.

I selected this location because of being close to the airport but was disappointed that the shuttle only left hotel on the hour. This meant we had to get up earlier than needed to catch our flight or to even be able to partake breakfast. It would be nice if the hotel thinks about doing a bagged breakfast for guest that have these early flights. I have stayed in placed that have this and it is so convenient. I have stayed in locations that also have the option of water with lemon, lime or orange available in the lobby. Some people do not drink coffee or tea. It was nice to have that option. Overall, nice hotel and staff very pleasant.
