First of all room was convenient. Hotel kitchen serving lady Shameeza was so kind , always greet with smiley face, helped me and everyone with serving breakfast, in my case I had a hand surgery , she was so kind making my waffles and serving food. Other staff members, Gurvinder , Dinal, Priya and Simran were nice and ready to provide quick service. Thanks for everything.

Some improvements needed in the bathroom. Valve head for toilet was broken. Team members were nice. My wife’s fan was left on the bed, there was no courtesy call from the hotel informing us about it.

Loved the towels and pillows in the room. The morning front desk staff here were friendly and helpful which made the stay even better. Breakfast was wonderful, and the lovely breakfast lady put so much care into the variety of meals and snacks she prepared. Everyone was incredibly generous and made me feel well taken care of throughout my 2-day stay. I’ll be back.
