Hotel room was always clean, and I was not afraid to leave belongings unattended because the staff took such good care of my space for the time being. The staff was also understanding towards any issues I was having and met my needs adequately! I'd definitely recommend them to my friends and family if they ever planned on visiting the Downtown Toronto area.
This was my nightly view from the hotel room (minus the apartments across the street but I obviously wanted to avoid photographing anyone in their homes).
