I was very disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. There were centipedes in the room, which made us very uncomfortable. We also noticed yellow stains on the mattress, and the surface areas were visibly dirty. The hallways were extremely stuffy with poor ventilation, which added to the overall discomfort of the stay. I expected a much higher level of cleanliness and comfort from a Hilton-branded hotel. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet those expectations. I hope management takes these issues seriously and improves the conditions for future guests.

They gave one of the hotel rooms to someone else and as over booked and my and aunt were sleeping in the room and someone walks in middle of the night they got frantic and uses the phone it was just an extremely scary situation for my elderly mother and aunt

Staff were lovely and helpful. Rooms are spacious and comfy. Breakfast was good and the common areas are nice and clean. Suggestions: would have been nice if the pool was open later than 10pm. Coffee was really bad. It doesn't cost much to have decent coffee but it makes a big difference to the guest experience.
