Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Checked into first room and found food on the floor. It took two phone calls to get someone up to hoover the floor. We were trying to relax then suddenly loads of noise from outside our room doors slamming, shouting, people going in and out of each others rooms. We politely ask them to keep noise down but it all started up again. We spoke to a manger who moved us to a different room, the manager was nice. The rooms unfortunately aren’t that clean. When I asked a cleaner to clean our room she was almost shocked we had asked. I spoke to reception they explained oh no we don’t clean rooms every day usually when you check out your room is cleaned. The next day when I went to breakfast I asked reception if I could get a tray, when I walked into the breakfast room I was suddenly jumped on by some staff questioning me and asking if I had taken the tray and they treated me as if I had stolen a tray and I had to explain someone on front desk had given it to me. We found some staff friendly but some rude. When we checked out the receptionist didn’t even ask if we had a good stay, just simply said you’re done.
