Breakfast offers healthy and enjoyable options, which I really appreciated. The place is quiet and reasonably priced. However, the staff service and attitude need improvement. I stayed for six nights, and despite repeated requests over a couple of days, my room was not cleaned even once. Essential items like body gel ran out, and towels were not replaced.

The hotel is nice, friendly staff and very helpful. Airport Shuttle There was no airport shuttle set up as yet, but if you call the hotel from the airport they will provide a taxi service to collect you from the airport. You can either pay the cab and be reimburse from the hotel or have the driver be paid by the hotel directly. On departure the same applies, just ensure you arrange the pick up the day before. Housekeeping Housekeeping was fair. Most of the staff were young. They will replace your towels and make your bed daily but the cleaning throughout the stay was subpar. Nonetheless they were extremely pleasant. Room We had a 1 King Bed with sofa bed, high floor room. It was spacious. Nice view of the sunrise every morning and in the far distance you could see the CN Tower. Carried the basics, iron board, iron, blow dryer, telephone, tv, safe and extra pillow and comforter. Bathroom was nice as well. Clean modern features. Staff All staff members were interactive and friendly. The only issue I noticed at front desk was while one agent was busy assisting 1 guest and 2 other guests were waiting, the other two agents were standing behind chatting, seemingly ignoring the operating. If there were off their shifts, they should not be at the desk.

This is a nice new property, clean and modern. Staff is friendly and professional, the bed was comfortable. Would be nice to have more and brighter lighting in the rooms. The location is very convenient, just 10 minutes to the airport. Should be only 20 mt to downtown and 75 mt to Niagara Falls if not for atrocious 24x7 Toronto traffic.

I was looking for a place to stay near the airport. I had many options, but I chose Hyatt Place Mississauga because the facilities seemed modern and clean compared to a Best Western, Courtyard, or Comfort Inn. It was definitely the best choice. My experience, from the well-lit parking lot, the spacious and tidy lobby, the complete breakfast, and most importantly, the clean rooms. met all my expectations.
