INFIVILLA Penthouse is Beautiful Views & Perfect Location We stayed at the corner suite was an absolute gem! The skyline views from the high-rise were breathtaking, especially at night. The suite itself was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect just steps from Union Station, the CN Tower, and plenty of restaurants. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Toronto. Thank you INFIVILLA for having us! See you soon

Good location, staff were responsive and unit was clean. Check in process however was complicated - details are only sent the day of checkin and you are required to go to a sketchy convenience store down the street to get a key from a lock box. This is fine during the day but would have felt more unsafe at night. Need more details on how to scan the key in the elevator. Would be nice to have a full length mirror in the apartment, otherwise was fairly well-stocked.

Accommodations were very clean and within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. The check in/check out process was seamless and easy. Our only complaint is they require a $800 security deposit and you don’t receive it back for 5 business days. And if booking on a third party site - you don’t know you have to give that big of a deposit until you’ve already booked the accommodations. Otherwise - we really enjoyed our stay!

Thank you INFIVILLA for Great City Escape! Amazing location just minutes from the Eaton Centre and subway. The condo was bright and clean with a comfortable queen bed. Loved enjoying the city view while having coffee in the morning. Would absolutely book again!

INFIVILLA Eaton Suites is Stylish, Comfortable, and Perfectly Located in Downtown Toronto! The Infivilla Penthouse Suite was a perfect choice for our Toronto getaway! It's centrally located, making it easy to explore the city. The suites was stylish, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including air conditioning and heating for the perfect stay. A great spot for both business and leisure — would definitely return!

Spectacular Views & Luxury Experience @ INFIVILLA Staying in this penthouse was unforgettable! The suite was modern, spotless, and beautifully furnished, with everything from a massive 65" 4K Smart TV to fast Wi-Fi. The highlight was definitely the balcony with incredible views of Lake Ontario and the Toronto skyline it felt like a luxury hotel but with the privacy of having the whole place to ourselves. The location couldn’t be better, just steps from Scotiabank Arena, restaurants, and all the main attractions. Truly a five-star stay!

Fantastic experience with INFIVILLA! The design of the suite is elegant yet cozy, and the amenities are top-notch. I loved being able to walk to all the main attractions and enjoy the city vibe right outside the door. Truly a gem in downtown Toronto.

Photos are MISLEADING. Some of the photos lower down are of the actual unit. All those big beautiful photos are probably (?) of some common area I never saw. Entry lobby is like a subway station. Actual unit is like a 500sqft cube in the sky that faces directly into neighboring building. The lake view is very, very difficult to see. See picture. Unit is scruffy and looks like a long time rental. Walls peeling. Difficult to get around the queen bed because there's a wall at the foot. It's not a penthouse. It's a small unit on the top level. Hilariously misleading photos and description. AVOID

The area around the property was not very safe and we woke to people in the complex screaming and fighting for hours. We did not realize it was an Airbnb, as it is not advertised as such. There were only 2 small towels, no face, hand or kitchen towels. Would not book here again.

Not a hotel!!!!

This is not a hotel… It is an Airbnb in disguise. We had to go to a convenience store to get the key. The place was not overly clean and in a sketchy part of Toronto. I do not know why there are good reviews for the staff as there are no staff on site. There is also no ice and no cable TV so be prepared not to be able to watch anything that is not on Netflix/Disney on your own account. The pictures are stock photos and not the actual room. The towel is something out of dollar store quality. Extremely disappointed in hotels.com for not being more transparent.

They had some technical issues getting my damage deposit but they finally figured that out a few hours before i arrived so a little stressful not having check in information 24 hours prior to check in. Condo was fine, area a little rough but what city isn't having homeless issues. About a half hour walk to rogers center.....

The apartment is very clean and well equipped with a full stove & oven and washer/dryer. It's also very quiet. Centrally located on a streetcar line. Walking distance to lots of restaurants & shops. The neighbourhood is kind of sketchy, so be careful at night. I did have a loud sound that would cut and out from the A/C which made it very hard to sleep. The owner was quick to offer help and eventually the sound stopped. I'd stay there again.

Was exactly what we needed, just a place to crash at the end of our busy days. Location is quite convenient for food and walking to most things in the downtown area. Bonus short uber's are under $5 in this area! Only thing is that it’s not the best area of town and there is a large homeless presence but if that doesn’t bother you then it’s a perfect stay!! It’s not attached to the eaton center but it’s only 3 blocks down the street.
