Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We visited from the UK for a week, first impressions was that it was nothing like the pictures! Outside the garden was dirty and overgrown so nowhere to sit outside.
Inside the property there is one tiny bathroom which is shared by 4 rooms, I think this is advertised on the listing but it soon became very inconvenient.
The bedroom again was tiny, it had no window and very hot (although a fan is provided).
It’s listed as a BnB, however it’s a self serve breakfast and only eggs and bread are provided, we had to buy breakfast for the week.
The 4 rooms in the basement must be for visitors, but upstairs it appears there is a permanent resident. This person clearly smokes inside as the smell flows through the whole property. The resident is also very loud, and can be heard walking around all night.
In terms of service, our room was not cleaned once during the whole week, no new bedding, no fresh towels.
On the whole, you get what you pay for, however this property is lacking in basic BnB service and amenities
