What an enjoyable stay! As stated by others.. in the underground parking.. follow the signs to “P-2 AND Liberty Suites” to park. Go inside and use the elevators to go to the 12th floor for your check in. They are nice, clean and roomy suites and a comfortable queen bed. I enjoyed the fitness room and the breakfast which are both also on the 12th floor and have great views of the city. The ground level has an inside mall with an international grocery store, numerous jewellery stores, hair, nail salons, Asian Food Court (delicious) and etc. fun to explore.

Everything was fine except that I had to search for ice. The booklet said on the 14th floor, but I couldn’t find anything there. The ladies at the lobby were able to provide some.

Always a nice, comfortable stay at Liberty Suites. Love your rooms, breakfast, free parking, and location! 😃 Please take down the plexiglass at the front desk. The pandemic is over, and it makes talking to staff difficult.

I have stayed in so many hotels with kitchen and this is the only one that does NOT provide any kitchenware.... If you need to use the hotel provided ones, you pay around $50.... Who travels with a pot?! Parking is also very very confusing. No one answered the phone call so we spent 45 minutes try to figure out where to park in a winter night.

Good concept.

The units and common spaces are still in fairly good shape although there are subtle areas that would be addressed only if a guest called it in. The pillows were strangely lumpy and the room had some residual cooking odor I think. If you don't need a full kitchen, then it might be better to pass. Kitchen supplies are available at extra cost per a sign. The underground parking entrance is in a separate building.

I think it as 3.5 star. Great location, big space, good facility in the unit. For parking, note that it is shared with the shopping area around it and you can get any entrance to the shopping centre, but you just need to go to level 2. Staff were very polite. Checkin was easy. Elevator is a little different than other places. Reception is in 12th floor. You have to use the panel outside the elevator with no floor botton inside. Units were somehow old and it doesn't give you the impression it is clean but it was clean except some minor things like stain in the coach arm. Wifi was good and tv allows you to connect to its HDMI. If you go there for longer mylti day stay, I suggest you prepare some stuff like utensils, water ...
