All was okay however the feel of the accommodation was not that assocuwith a hotel. The room I had was expansive and had the facilities of an apartment but no crockery or cutlery, indeed the coffee machine had paper cups. A working fridge but no glasses for the drinks. The breakfast was late - I am used to breakfast starting at 0600. There was no express breakfast so missed out on last day. Facilities of the hotel not highlighted sufficiently and no pay per view movies. Wasn’t informed on page that there would be an incidental charge on credit card; I have booked with Hotels.com and this has been the first time. Should have been given a warning. Overall pleasant stay close to where I needed to be. Pleasant staff and would visit again unless another hotel became available closer to Royal Orchard!

To begin with there are no clear signs or instructions to the parking! Breakfast was not good. TVs are very small and even when trying to use our own Chromecast or Amazon stick for better entertainment it didn't work due to restrictions on wifi

Overall, everything was good and we had a pleasant stay. We weren’t sure if dishes were supposed to be provided in the kitchen, but we didn’t really need them, so it wasn’t an issue for us. The only small downsides were that the sofa bed could be more comfortable, and the breakfast could benefit from a bit more variety. Other than that, everything was very good
