The room was a little small but it was clean and updated. Toilets are very low. Didn’t know how to use the phone no instructions in the room. They should have local channels on the TV not just Netflix, Disney Channel etc.

No standard tv available. Pillows too big. Bathroom door was glass and scraped the floor with potential to shatter. Tub very high for step over and no grab handles. Staff was informed of this. Extra resort fee is a cash grab. Staff were very good and breakfast was excellent

Room was nice overall, but bathroom supplies were lacking (not enough towels for 2 people, no extra toilet paper) and the sink did not drain properly. Breakfast and fruit/sweet tray were okay, but not what I would expect from a ‘luxury resort’. The staff were very friendly and did their best to be helpful.

An odd place-so much potential but not quite there. Looks super nice at first glance but once you actually take a longer look there’s a fair bit wrong/weird. Upon arrival, we were asked for any credit card with no explanation what for (and did get charged an extra $16), we were told that there was a wedding that night and to expect rowdiness until around 1am and to “get so drunk that we pass out and don’t have to worry about the noise”. Quite small room with a bed made without a fitted sheet but instead with 2 flat sheets tucked, a massively cracked mirror, barely any toilet paper with no replacement, didn’t seem to be a restaurant or at least access to it. Staff wasn’t too friendly and most didn’t seem to know what they were doing (except one lady that was helpful in getting us ice late at night and the man working during the breakfast). Overall not a horrible experience, just pretty strange and likely won’t return.

The check-in process was great and we were upgraded to a room with a soaker tub, which we loved. The restaurant is very small, but the food was great and the server was wonderful (although, working alone and running around doing it all, while the manager, or maybe owner or something?, was drinking with friends). The breakfast bar was also quite good and the server very attentive. The room was very nice, but the finishings were a bit less than luxury. The soaker tub leaked and wouldn't keep water in it. The sheets on the bed weren't fitted sheets for some reason, and the whole bedding was coming apart at night. We couldn't figure out if the TV worked, but we enjoyed having a couch in our room. The rooms are advertised as sound-proof, but we could hear people in the hall at night and kids running around in the morning. The grounds around the place (although somewhat under construction) are secluded and beautiful. They have a good outdoor space to lounge and enjoy a drink or coffee.

Seems like a new venue or venture. Loved the property surroundings being in the country, very quiet. Seemed to be upgrades or renovations going on though, our hillside view was blocked by a tree and a big excavator right outside the window. Rooms were fairly clean and well designed though. May be better once the improvements are completed in 2026.

The property is large, quiet and nice. Free parking is a great perk, the staff is super friendly, and the continental breakfast is good. A cute little turn-down plate with brownies, cookies and an apple. Loved having the smart TV, bed is comfortable, and darkening curtains would be nice. Across the road is a nice brewery to walk to. I know they are still adding, an outdoor pool would be nice,
