This stylish newly renovated home is perfect for a family.

Centrally located in the trendy Harbord Village downtown neighborhood minutes away from University of Toronto, Kensington Market, Little Italy and Chinatown.

While the house sits on a quiet residential street it is minutes away from shops, parks, restaurants and nightlife.

Enjoy cooking in the spacious kitchen outfitted with brand new appliances and relaxing in the large open-concept living and dining area.

Upstairs you will find a large master bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom and a large closet. Down the hall are two bright bedrooms with queen size beds and a 4pc bathroom. One of the queen bedrooms has a desk that can be set-up for a dedicated workspace.

In the rear mudroom you will find laundry, pantry space and a powder room.

Outside, the backyard garden is a quiet space to escape to. Patio furniture (two coaches) are provided in the warmer months (May - Oct).
