Welcome to our cozy 3-bedroom, 3-storey home in Danforth Village! Whether you're coming to Toronto for a vacation with family or friends, going out downtown, or work/studying remotely, we'd love to host you! Our fully equipped home is centrally located for everything you need: 10-min walk to Danforth GO Station (downtown in 20 mins), TTC Subway (downtown in 35 mins), and plenty of restaurants & retail stores; 10-min drive to Woodbine Beach; 10-min drive to Michael Garron Hospital; 30-min drive to downtown Toronto; 45-min drive to Pearson International Airport, and much more!

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through a third-party provider, Truvi. We have a tenant in the basement. Please be respectful with noise levels and their private entrances. The backyard is a shared space with him.
No parties will be tolerated. There is a high-noise monitoring device in the home that can detect loud noises. Your reservation is cancelled if caught
You must correctly book for the number of guests that will actually be staying at the property. Any bookings over 4 will be charged $20/guest/night
