This property was great as a last minute trip into the City. Price was amazing except for the taxes that is added on… the taxes cost us more than the actual rental of the property… how does that happen? Shaking my head. This is a beautiful apartment 5 mins from all the attractions. Luxury and home comforts. The property managers could not do enough for us. It was so good we extended our stay in another unit as this one was booked.

Centrally located, very very clean, great building, easy check in/out, secure parking for an extra fee. Great views, ten min walk to Eaton Centre, close to theatre district and restaurants. Great spot for girls weekend. The five of us enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

Nice Stay! 10/10

The property is exactly as shown in the photos, clean and well-maintained. Eaton Centre is about15–20-minute walk. There are lots of dining options nearby, including a Starbucks right next door. Check-in, check-out, and parking instructions were clear, well-organized and easy to follow. Management was super responsive and helpful with any inquiries. The only minor discrepancy was that parking was listed as free, but we were required to pay for metered parking at the indoor garage. That said, the rate was much better than what downtown hotels would typically charged for daily parking. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Toronto.

Overall, I had a good experience during my stay. Everything was fine and as expected. What I liked the most was the excellent communication — the manager was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. Access to the property was also very easy, which made check-in smooth and stress-free. What I liked less was the bed, which wasn’t very comfortable. It could definitely be improved for a better night’s sleep. Still, I would consider staying here again for the great service and convenience.

Loved every second of this stay! View is amazing. Apartment super clean and owner was very quick to answer all of our questions and needs. Will definitely be coming back!!

We found finding the right keybox, and getting the key out of the box a little troublesome...no security gaurd at the desk when we first got here...he was pleasant though when he arrived....maybe on a bathroom break or dealing with some other tenants at the time....we didn't wait too long
