The door to the room didn’t shut automatically. This is a safety concern. The shower only has one panel of glass with no door so water gets everywhere, and the bottom of the door was water damaged. The toilet wasn’t cleaned. The shuttle to the airport doesn’t have any decals of the hotel, just an unmarked white van. It felt unsafe and the driver rolled his eyes when I gave him my bag to load it in the trunk. I won’t stay here again.

Pleasantly surprised

Modern touches and well-thought-of design from the tiles, wallpaper, color choices, light fixtures etc. The check-in clerk could have been more friendly. The gym is 24hrs, no card access needed. The king room has a decent size sitting area, almost the same size with the bed area. The choice of window shade was really good as we can have the light in and still have enough privacy. Room is very clean and the bed comfortable. The shower door is glass and only goes half way across so water can splash out, but with the bath mat on the floor, it isn't bad. I had no issues with that. It took a while for the water temperature to adjust in the shower so my shower was mostly on the hot side. If you're not careful, the bathroom door will hit the glass shower door. My suggestion is for the hotel to put a 3-inch door stopper on the door so that the door handle will not hit the glass shower door. There was no Wi-Fi signal in the room once for about 10 minutes. Ample seating for breakfast. Breakfast was just okay. Hot water was not very hot so my tea was only warm. Tip: empty the liquid waste container frequently (had a few fruit flies) and add one add more variety of fruits, pastries and hot food. The ATM on the main floor and the ice machine on the third floor were out of order. There's limited parking at front but much more on the side and back. Location is in an industrial area, very close to the airport and casino. Went to Montana's to eat...I recommend. I'm happy with my one-night sta

Air conditioner was way too loud and I couldn't sleep. My reservation was for two people and the room had one bath towel. Various things in the room were broken. For the price paid there are better options elsewhere.

We did not have anyone at the front desk to check us in when we arrived late at night..around midnight. Staff were informed we would arrive late due to flight landing at midnight and were assured that staff will be there at the desk. We waited for almost 10 minutes and called often but noone in the office. Very upsetting and annoying as we were tired after a long journey.

Staff is creepy, nosey and blocks ur car from being able to leave for the night or enter that side of parking. It’s their unwritten and untold rules u find out about in the middle of the night. They didn’t let me park my expensive rental near my window they patrol parking lot and ask for ur room and are just creepy. The bathroom has hair in it and on towel, the carpets are dirty and greasy don’t ever put ur bare feet ew toilet seat of the toilet doesn’t get cleaned either , shower doesn’t look like it sees vim a day in its life.
