The hotel offered free shuttle from and to the airport. It saves you about $35 both ways. The free hot breakfast is a welcome treat because there aren't any restaurants in the vicinity

It's a convenient area to stay in if you're flying out of Pearson airport. The staff is friendly and the shuttle is effective. The hotel is nice and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is included and you have a lot of choices. The only complaint was the details of cleanliness to the room. There were sticky marks on the tv stand and night stand that could be removed with my fingernail, so that shouldn't happen. When i addressed it at front desk, the response was an apology and that they would take care of it and i am confident they will. I would stay here again.

The front desk person was very pleasant and helpful. There’s a loud ?air conditioner? ?fan? In my room that is super loud. I can’t turn it off and the temp is freezing. The thermostat doesn’t work at all. I had to book this in a pinch because United airlines cancelled my flight home so it was nice that I found something but probably won’t stay here again.

The hotel was located very convenient to where we were going. However the hotel had mold in the bathroom and windowsill. There was no deadbolt lock in the room, it cannot be locked from the inside. I rarely saw a concierge, the person who checked us in was not pleasant, I get it he probably was having a bad day. We left the hotel as soon as we woke up. We just ended up booking another hotel for the next few days that we’re in the city.I’d rather pay the extra fee to stay at a cleaner and safer hotel.
