Everybody at the front desk was absolutely amazing my room was so comfortable I've never slept so well actually kind of wished I had a bathtub but hey that's okay no big deal but anyhow I'm coming back on my trip home and I will be staying again and as I said I recommend this place to anybody

Shower tap was broken and phone didn’t work. Tried to get the shuttle to pick us up at airport and it was an hour wait so we ended up getting an Uber. Hotel lobby and halls were not especially clean. Room was clean tho. Hotel is showing its age but rooms have been renovated in last decade I would say.

there were no parking spots. they were all taken by vehicles buried under many days worth of snow, that i guess they rent out to airport people taking their shuttle to the airport. Shower bottles broken, room was freezing inside as the heater was shut off on arrival, broken/torn paper lamp shade hanging out of balance close to lightbulbs.
