There has no shower gel ,soap in the bathroom, and no toilet paper extra in the room when we check-in the first night, we arrived Toronto very late at night, we took shower with no soap. The check-in instruction way a little bit confusing with the lockbox for the first time customer. The great thing is we can contact with the team easily with WhatsApp, they reply you right away to answer all your questions .Thats helpful. The location is good, easy to get the street car and near the Eaton Centre area.

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! I recently stayed at RS Suites - Eaton Centre and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and quick. My room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed, including comfortable bed, great Wi-Fi, air conditioning, etc. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job. The location was perfect. Overall, I would highly recommend RS Suites - Eaton Centre to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and well-located place to stay. Absolutely horrendous, it was dirty, the communication was very poor and not precise. I was waiting for over an hour after check in just to get information from the owners, their lockbox was broken & had to get help from security just to get it open otherwise I wouldn’t have had a place to stay. Just overall horrendous. Never again.

College dorm not Executive Suite

Suite is conveniently located, sketchy at night. Room was small, not a queen bed as advertised. Furnishings cheap. There was still laundry in the dryer. Sheets and pillows were poor quality. Check in process was annoying. Had to communicate through WhatsApp and pay in advance to even be given access to unit. Check in is ridiculously late at 5pm, earliest is 4pm to accesss. Not listed in description, but you can select arrival time
