Balcony not accessible, staff said it was a hazard to allow people on the balcony?? The windows also didn’t open. Well they did but I had to remove the screen and use some force. That to me is more of a safety hazard then not being able to go on the balcony!? Very dirty baseboards Bathroom towel hanger fell off Shower not great Only 1 luggage rack Kitchen electrical outlet is a definite hazard and loose Toaster wouldn’t work. Had to persuade it. Door coming in REALLY sticks The issues were small. But odd that it wouldn’t take much to fix these and they weren’t.

It was a great place to stay. My husband and I plus my 18 and 19 year old stayed there. Easy access to subway station and you can walk to restaurants. Clean and staff were amazing! We would stay there again for sure.

The staff are friendly although my suite was quite dirty. There were black finger and hand prints smeared on the walls and on the bar stools. There was dirty splatter all over the cupboards and on the ceiling. The closet doors were off the tracks and the baseboards were very dirty. The pipes in the walls made very loud crashing and banging noises quite frequently, making it difficult to sleep. There is a large amount of drug users around the corner of the building also which made it unpleasant to walk my dog. I guess it's a pretty bad part of the city. I was unaware as I am not from Toronto. Unfortunately I will not stay there again.
