I only stayed one night, but from check in to check out my experience was positive. I was surprised by the size of the room and living area/kitchen. It was incredibly clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you’d need for a lengthy stay (dishes, cookware, toaster, even a kettle). The staff were all so friendly and seemed like they actually enjoyed being there. Would stay again!

I always stay at this hotel when I’m in Toronto. Love the spaciousness of the suite, and having a kitchen. It’s usually very clean. And the price is right! This time I was a bit disappointed as I found a bedbug in the bed, and a roach in the shower. When I reported it, they offered me another room.

The front desk was extremely helpful when we pulled in. I had asked them to hold a key for the second room that I bought for the other couple that was arriving later they had no issue. They accommodating the cost of parking between the vehicles with no problem. They put both our rooms side-by-side. The instructions to the parking garage were clear and precise overall very good experience.
