A clean, friendly, 1000 percent headache free / No BS one night stay at a hotel near the YYZ airport was what I searched for with a budget of $150. This location surpassed my expectations. I did not expect there to be so many amenities, helpful and friendly staff, as well as guests that were courteous and respectful of the common area. Being racially ambiguous appearing LGBTQ person, feeling safe was the top priority. We had a great time, felt the location cared about every guest having a high quality experience, and to top it off the breakfast had a vegan option of toast and beans as well as a constant 24 hour supply of fresh coffee, tea, and plenty of ice machines to ensure everyone is well hydrated, be it awake or relaxed. So many seating options in the common area, games, a little store full of snacks, and even a sanitation area with lysol wipes and hand sanitizer. If I ever need to stay over at the YYZ airport area again this will be my top pick, and I will be recommending this hotel to all of my friends. A spotless place to stay, and if requested you can have a view of the YYZ runway out your window, for that extra inspiring feel. Thank you to all of the staff that make this hotel run so smoothly! It was fine! The airport shuttle is not as easy/frequent as stated when I booked so that was my biggest negative. The room was clean, shower was nice, there was only medium airport noise.

The good: We had a great stay, the breakfast was good. The staff were super kind. We will stay again. The price was well worth it. The bad: It was a bit loud at night from people in the hallway. The ugly: The bathroom shower had the pink mildew in the corners and my pillow was hard to sleep on my neck was very sore after my stay.

Staff was excellent and welcoming. close to the airport and the shuttle service was a bonus. I was picking up my daughter and granddaughter from a late flight and staying the night before heading back to Michigan. We checked in and they said at the desk have them call for the shuttle when they arrive. Liked that I didn't have to go back out so late in the rain to get them. Will definitely stay there again if in the area.
