Room and bathroom was spotless, no smells, great bedding and beautifully decorated. The only issue we had was there was absolutely no hot water!! Nothing at all. Otherwise it would have been excellent. I don’t know if it was a timing thing (too many guests showering at the same time) or whether something wasn’t working properly.

The room was comfortable, clean, and the beds were like sleeping on a cloud! The other aspects of the hotel I really enjoyed was the common areas, it was a great spot to play some family board games in the evening-the hotel had a good selection. Breakfast had a great selection too!

I had a wonderful stay at Tru By Hilton Toronto Airport West. The room quality really stood out — everything was spotless, modern, and very well maintained. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and fresh, and the overall layout felt smart and functional. The amenities were excellent as well. The hotel has a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere with great common areas to relax. Everything felt organized and high standard. One of the highlights was definitely the buffet breakfast. It exceeded expectations with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options. The food was well presented, regularly refilled, and offered something for everyone. It truly added great value to the stay. Overall, a very comfortable and high-standard experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.
