I loved ALL about the hotel- clean, friendly staff, great breakfast options and the walk in shower was the best. The only complaint that I had is that I found it loud in my room facing the street, staff provided ear plugs to me and did offer to move me, they were very accommodating

Bright, comfortable, convenient and friendly

We were in Toronto for the Leafs game. The staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. The hotel is conveniently located near Pearson airport so we could take the UP Express downtown to the game. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a variety of choices and the staff went out of their way to keep the breakfast area clean. All this and a reasonable price too! We will definitely go here again!

I had an overnight layover in TO, the hotel was great. Very clean. The free Shuttle service was great however does not run as often as indicated on the website (nothing major but important to know for scheduling)
