Be aware, that if you plan on using the airport shuttle for more than just arriving and departing the airport once, you may be sadly disappointed. We checked out 4 days early, and they missed out on all that income because of this poorly thought out policy.

The hotel is new and clean. The breakfast had pretty good options. Our room was facing the street and it was noisy for us. We moved to the other side and no longer had street noise. This hotel is by the airport so expect to hear the planes coming and going. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

This hotel was absolutely fabulous for our mini honeymoon. The rooms were spotless, they changed the sheets and towels every day to make sure they were clean, the bed was comfy, and it was a very safe hotel. The breakfast in the morning was great, everybody was accommodating, and it was truly a great experience. The one downside is it is extremely close to the airport which isn’t a bad thing when you have to go back there, but it is far from most of Canada’s experiences. Overall, I would highly recommend!

Convenient location - close to Malton GO station. Didn't use the airport shuttle as we had a rental, but it appeared to be busy. Front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. Use of the microwave near the desk was appreciated, as was our late check out. Breakfasts were excellent. A second chair in the room would have been appreciated. Stock bottles of toiletries may be difficult for anyone with arthritic hands or compromised grip strength.
