Room was clean, front desk staff were friendly. But, the hallways were really cold! There was a gap under the door to the room, and a freezing cold draft came into the room, making it so cold, no matter how high I ran the heater. I placed some towels at the bottom of the door to block the draft, but it never quite got warm enough.

The facecloths were yellow the plug sockets didn't work except 1 so you had to unplug 1thing to use another my bedroom window faces the dining hall so I couldn't open my curtains the whole 2 days I was there it was a very shady place to stay

The room was old and the heater upon arrival was at 30 degrees was so hot and discussing - even when the temp was turned down to 17 by bed was still unbearable - the heater insulation was showing - the dust in the bathroom was thick in the corner-in addition the door to the closet chipped cut my hand on it - upon check out the person was rude and was inconvenienced when I asked for a copy of my invoice- will never stay again or recommend

Room stunk of B.O and cologne. Not nice to walk into a room that has body odour smell that thick. Please tell your staff to shower before putting on cologne.

The pictures on the website do not show what the hotel actually looks like. The front desk is still closed off as it was during Covid. The debit machine they have is insert your card only. Extremely archaic as this would not work for anyone who does not carry their physical card with them. The vending machines are coin only and the front desk has no change. The rooms are awful!! Dirty, run down, poorly renovated and there is no way to control your own temperature. Even though they have remotes to control the AC and heat, the remotes do not control anything. For what you pay at this hotel, you will be better off staying in a hostel.

Simple hotel, no real complains other than the walls being thin and hearing our neighbours fight until 5 am No fault of the hotel, but overall a decent stay for a quick overnighter.
