Tucked away at the far end of our West Wing, this one bedroom spacious first floor holiday apartment is decorated in muted tones. The private balcony with outdoor table and seating provides the perfect place to enjoy excellent panoramic sea views. The apartment is dog friendly.

This 4-Star holiday apartment features an open-plan living area comfortably furnished with sofa, armchairs, and large flat-screen Smart TV with DVD player. Floor to ceiling glass sliding doors provide lovely sea views that can be enjoyed inside and out. Amenities include a fully fitted kitchen, comprising a double electric oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, cafetiere, kettle and full range of utensils. The bathroom features a walk-in electric shower, toilet, wash basin, heated towel rail, shaver point and mirror. Outside is a balcony with a table and seating perfect for taking in the superb sea views. Your allocated parking bay is a short level walk from the apartment at the rear of the development.

The location is truly exceptional. Located moments away from the beach, this apartment is the perfect base for exploring the South Cornwall Coast. Only a few miles from Looe, you can step out onto the South West Coastal Path, walk to great local pubs or simply sit back, relax and enjoy the unrivalled sea views.

Cosy apartment with a sea view

Cosy apartment with local coastal walks and a couple of pubs in walking distance . You will need a car to explore the region. Lovely views and good place for a week to relax and enjoy.
