Welcome to Kaya – your stylish coastal escape in Torquay.
This light-filled, modern home features 4 spacious bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, offering comfort and style for families or groups. Perfectly positioned, Kaya is just a short 3-minute stroll to local conveniences including a supermarket, cafes, restaurants, and a cozy wine bar. The beach is only a 5-minute drive away, while the popular Torquay Farmers Market—renowned for fresh, ethical produce and artisan goods—is just a 14-minute walk. You’ll also find nearby skateparks and playgrounds, making this a great location for guests of all ages.

The perfect abode for a large family will comfortably accommodate 9 guests. Unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, 2 smart TVs allowing guests into their own streaming channels (Netflix, Amazon etc), plus a selection of books and board games for the family.

All bedrooms have air conditioning units to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter. All linen and towels are provided for your stay.

Lovely Easter location

Such a clean and well looked after bright property with beach views and plenty of space for my 3 sons and dogs welcome too. Location was perfect to walk up to the farmers market, or the industrial cafe we found. Thanks for having us !

fantastic holiday break

perfect for a family getaway. All the kids had their own spaces with multi living rooms. nice clean area outside for the dogs. was a very easy process and Ekta was available whenever I had a question. Very comfortable and clean house that we would stay again. walking distance to the shops, beach and local parks.

Just right!

My family and I would like to thank Ekta for this fabulous home. We loved the different zones in the house which gave us our own space. The house was very spacious, clean with all the facilities we needed. We were a few minutes away from the beach and restaurants and a walking distance for groceries and fresh bread from the local bakery. We would certainly come back and recommend this place for family and friends. Thank you Ekta for being so flexible and accommodating!

We recently had a 3 night stay at Kaya Torquay..The house is modern, stylish and yet very comfortable and felt like home the minute we walked in. It is a beautiful property. Ekta was a great host - she was available and always replied promptly. We had a small issue with the side gate, however Ekta resolved this very quickly. We would have preferred to be much closer to the beach, however it is only a 3 minute drive and our dog had a wonderful time running and enjoying the water on Whites Beach. You cannot go wrong staying here - it has it all!

Fantastic stay

What a wonderful weekend it was! Ekta is a fantastic host. The house was just as beautiful and well kept as advertised. The host went out of the way to provide us with amenities such as coffee, tea, beer. There was a wonderful guide to activities in the area as well. Communication with Ekta was really good and the whole time we felt comfortable and at home. Thank you Ekta for this excellent experience. Can't wait to come back. Highly recommend to other visitors.
