This beautifully presented new townhouse is positioned right near Torquay town centre. Downstairs comprises a large open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area that opens out to the north facing courtyard including a large gas BBQ and outdoor setting for six. The main living area includes a Plasma TV, DVD and video player and the kitchen is well equipped with a gas cook top, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge.

There are four large bedrooms, the main bedroom is located downstairs with ensuite opening out to a patio. Upstairs is a further three bedrooms and the main bathroom including a bath and separate toilet. Stair gates have been installed for child safety and there is a ducted gas heating and cooling system for comfort all year round. With a single car garage with internal access there is plenty of space to store the beach gear, leave the car at home and walk to the Gilbert St precinct, play park or your choice of beaches nearby.

Very central location, walking distance to shops, resturants and the beach. House presented nicely however dusty behind beds. Parking awkward, double garage however full of timber on one side, only one car can fit.

This place is in such a great location, it was nice not to use the car for the weekend as you can easily walk everywhere. It was quiet and well kept. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful property, so close to everything.

We enjoyed our stay so much that we wanted to stay longer. We hope to be able to rent it again soon. It was a beautiful, spacious property, perfect for a family with a young one. So close to the shops, foreshore and beach. Very clean and comfortable.

Great location, short walk to shops and beach. Advertised as double car garage however only one car can fit due to garage cluttered with owner’s things. Watered down hand soap highly inappropriate, especially during Covid times. Recommend mainly due to location.

Family Christmas

We spent a week over Christmas at this property with a family of 5. The house was comfortable and had enough space for everyone to enjoy together and have our own space. The house and garden was well maintained and had all of the accessories you need in your “home away from home”. We were able to cook our traditional Christmas meal with all the trimmings and had all the cooking implements required. We will return.
