Good breakfast menu freshly cooked. Good staff but could do with another staff member in the evening keeping an eye on reception and requests from guests in their rooms as their in house phone was down.

A nice view

It was all fine. Room was clean and the bed was comfy. Older property with steep stairs and no lift. The restaurant wasn’t open on the night I stayed. Staff were pleasant. WiFi didn’t work, asked twice and still didn’t work.

This is a beautiful hotel with charm and wonderful hospitality. We have stayed here 4 times and hope to have more visits, which would be easier if we lived closer. Karen in reception greeted us when we arrived, very freindly, helpful, informative and showed us to our room. She also booked a taxi for us for the evening out.
