This second floor apartment offers bright and spacious accommodation with pool views only a short stroll to the Resort center and its amenities.

There are two bedrooms sleeping up to 4 persons. From the lounge you step out onto a terrace with lovely outdoor relaxing furniture ideal for enjoying the Spanish sunshine. There is a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, dish washer, washing machine and fridge freezer. The bathroom has a bath with shower. There is underground secure parking accessed via a lift.

Linens and towels all included.

20 minutes to the best beaches of the Costa Calida, 20 minutes to Cartagena city centre and 25 minutes to Murcia city centre. Murcia Corvera Airport is just a 15 minute drive and Alicante Airport 50 minutes.
